First off, who even decided to design a boss like this? Really? Our group made it all the way to the end without problems and this boss cannot be killed unless you have the perfect set up. We had 2 rangers and 3 warriors and it’s simply impossible to kill him and a complete waste of time to even run through path 1 of CoF. He spawns hundreds of crystals that all heal him and they fall from the sky with .000000000000000000001 second of response time for you to dodge. I just don’t understand. Horrid design. Just horrid.
As I’m going through this quest, you have to activate these alters by killing illusionist and picking up their essence. Once you activate the alter it opens a door to continue on with the quest. Well, with the second alter, it does not open the door and I cant continue on with the quest….EXTREMELY annoying.
