Does that mean its a fault on there hardware and they are false statements or my issue baring in mind ive done nothing to the pc since i baught it

Okay ill contact Dinopc tomorrow as i already rang them previously and since i dont lag on lol as much they said it was software but THANKS for the help least i know the issue !

ive got 2 mini side fans on the sides, one top fan , the big fans in the middle X2 , graphics card fan and the back fan all running but the big fan in the middle the one you linked seems the weakest of them bar the side panels

yeah its working , well its spinning and blowing some air , it looks exactly like that but set up with the fans on the sides

yes it is running , you know any idea how to turn that fan up as when i turn fan settings up on amd CCC its only the graphics card fan

should i take a picture of the inside of pc as im completely clueless at hardware related stuff

even on lowest settings im only getting 20-24 fps in a none combat area when im doing a event its basically 4 fps ;\

yeah i realised when i looked up on google what you said i ran GW at same time it jumped to 3.0

is there any way of fixing the issue that you stated before or?

full pc specs from the website i baught it from and its new from october 2012

it was on PCI-E 3.0×16@16 1.1 already . ran the test didnt really know what i was looking for just had a render test working

the temp of my gpu and cpu never go above 70 at VERY max normally around 40-55

yeah i have thats why im puzzled cause my pc was like £900 and my gf was £400 ( i baught both) and made sure mine had better specs ofc cause i game quite frequintly but i have no idea why it cant run gw

Okay so, i baught a PC about 4 months ago and here is the specs:
16gb ram
700w power supply
AMD HD radeon 7850 graphics card
intel i5 proccessor

I googled the issue I had with fps lag and its making the game very hard to want to play as its spoiling my game time so then i googled it then done a clean re install of windows , but still nothing then i tried dota 2 out getting the same annoying LAG its like stuttering lag like i pan the camera around and the fps is awful, i used detect best settings in game everything is at max i lag, I set it to the worst and i lag, i took GW2 to my girlfriends and her pc is worse then mine and ran it perfectly, so im wondering WTH PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE if anyone knows why or had this problem help
