Good afternoon!
First off let me introduce myself. My name is Kibby and I run a very successful PvX guild with main focus on fractals and dungeon crawling. But I have a problem, I am on almost all day everyday and there are not enough players to chain run dungeons all day. We usually have to pug 1 or 2 members if there are not enough players. I am looking to change that.
About us:
Basics
Website: cybermentime.weebly.com
Max fractal level complete in guild: 55
Average number of fractals ran a day: 6-8
Average number of dungeons ran a day: 2-8
TIME was founded on Dragonbrand after our leader in KAOS went to active duty in the Army. We stayed with everyone and created a new guild so we could have full control.
Who I am looking for:
I am looking for a few more people who share the love of GW2 and dungeon crawling. We do not skip content and we do not exploit. We do thing legit, professional, and strive to excel at our profession in every class. I want people who will argue with me over which stat setup is best DPS and survival. I want someone with passion for doing dungeons that will not complain or kitten about little things. Mumble is a must. No mic, no problem. Just listen. Most of all I am looking for a few good players to accompany amazing players on our adventure. I do not care what profession or spec you are as long as you come to play and play well.
If you feel like this describes you or if you would just like to be part of our guild please do not hesitate to either apply on our website or to contact any one of these members in game:

These guys are an amazing group of players. If you are honestly looking for a new home filled with great players and a great sense of community [TIME] is defiantly for you.
Who are we?
- is a guild that has been around since day 1 of head start. We currently have between 30-40 members online at any time with upto 70-80 peak hours. Our players are mostly on Dragonbrand but many are elsewhere also. We focus on… everything. We have 3 players with their legendary weapons and expecting another this week. We have 2 mumbles, and a Community Website
Guild events to keep the guild involved and fresh, we occasionally do events. These are announced shortly before and involve different in game activities or feats of strength to complete and we make sure to have events where all levels can participate. Our last event was on Saturday, November 3. We had all the guild members who wanted to participate meet up in Metrica Province for the jumping puzzle. We divided the group into 2: those who have done it and those who had not. 1st place prize was a greatsword chain halloween sword, deathly shoulder skin, and a choice of 4 random Rare dyes from the guild bank. The next 5 follow up’s received a regular chain sword skin, deathly shoulder skin and 2 rare dyes. All participants got to pick 1 rare dye of their choosing. We do these events as often as possible.
We not only help those who are leveling, gearing up or farming, but those who have just started the game and need direction.
The first group of players [KAOS] is looking for is well, anyone and everyone. We want to fill our ranks with anyone who wants to play with a large group of people and can seek help at anytime.
The second set of people we are currently looking for are 3-4 serious dungeon crawlers who enjoy pounding out dungeon after dungeon and enjoy playing the game with its intended mechanics. These players would be for our core dungeon lurker group and are expected to not participate in exploits. Mumble is a requirement and any profession is welcome!
A new guild member sent me this in the mail shortly after he joined.
Those who enjoyed playing this game already know how beautiful it is, how fun it can be, but also how repetitive it is also. I was quite close on quitting because I was not progressing at a pace as i like. However i met the [KAOS] guild in Dragonbrand, which IMO has been a great experience. Upon joining the guild I enjoyed the many fun benefits such as dungeon runs, debates on skills/specs, and the run Jumping puzzle prize race. When it comes down to it; guilds eventually lose morale and start to disband. However with this guild i seem to doubt that as “Kibby” one of the main guild leaders respects the mechanics of this game and the people who play it. A leader who goes out of his way to ensure the other guildies get their share. I am glad I joined and will spread the word to all my other friends.

Howdy NoOneShotU. I currently run with +healing gear. But my spec is completely different than yours. And when going grenades/pistol it is better to focus on toughness rather than healing; in terms of a defensive stat. Toughness will reduce damage coming in to you but will not negate condition damage.
When in dungeons I honestly would look at group make up and then decide weather to use elixer gun or a blast finisher ( Rocket Boots, Throw mine). If your group make up has people who can throw down combo field: light, then go with a blast finisher. Combo field light is what the elixer gun’s 5 skill puts down, and any projectile finishers will cure conditions, and a blast combo will give area retaliation.
Also i would use healing turret over MedKit any and every day because the toolbelt skill for turret gives regeneration and produces a combo field: water. When the turret is deployed, the F1 skill detonates the turret and is also a blast finisher. When you put the turret down, wait till the turret releases water and then detonate it. This gives you the heal, the party in range regeneration, and aoe heal everyone for a decent amount (1,200-1,500 is what mine heals for currently).
When running as a grenade engineer the most important thing in dungeons is honestly condition damage and precision. This is where most of your damage will come from and benefit the party most.
Get rid of the tool kit also. There is really no practical use for this as it takes up a slot you can use for something else. If you want dps use elixir U. If you need condition removal use elixir c, if you need more survivability use elixir s.
Pistol OH is really only good for stacking conditions, fire in specific. As this gives no combo field and has a less effictive range than other options, a better choice would be go with a shield. Shields allow you to block, reflect projectiles, the 4 skills aoe knockback is also a blast finisher, and the 5 skills throw is a projectile finisher and stuns all enemies in the path it travels; both there and back.
And on your issue to pull shooters, going out of line of sight of the mob will pull the mob towards you.
Edit: If you need more help or want to further talk on the subject, send a message to me in game.
