You know you can make any item Account bound even if it was soulbound right? I am assuming not, or you wouldnt have done this I am sorry.

I am hoping, it is probably one of the greatest feelings followed my the most harrowing.

You can only imagine that you see Dusk pop up on your screen then 10 minutes later search your bag for “Dusk” and find nothing and just trying to back track your last actions. Very saddening.

I have done this. I understand that they wouldn’t fix small item incidents, but this is a detrimental loss — it is something I have been going after for quite some time and to finally receive it just to have such a small accident lose it forever seems very unreal to me. If they take a second to peek at my activity there is no doubt in my mind they would see what happened was a mistake. I still have the item I accidentally forged the dusk into, not sure if that would help at all — but I can only hope.

I feel most people would agree if an instance like this happened to them — they would would be as frantic as I am in trying to resolve the issue.

I have no idea who I need to speak to about this. I am angry at myself, and REALLY would like some help here.

I was using the Mystic Forge doing 16 Rare Greatswords on forge, I got 3 exotics in a row, and then some rares, I was happy and thought it might be my lucky day, so I did another 16 and got “Dusk”. I was beyond happy, I linked it out, let people know that it was my lucky day — I had 3 exotic GSs still so I did another 16 (cant hurt right! maybe super lucky!) I got nothing but I got another Exotic GS, so I forged all the exotic GSs together to see what I got. I got another exotic GS of course but nothing amazing.

I started to deliberate if I would want to sell Dusk, then I looked in my bags and I couldnt find it, frantically went to the bank hoping I put it in there, but then I realized, I must have forged it with the OTHER GS’s. I literally was beside myself.

Is there any help for this? All the GS look the same, I didnt realize I was forging Dusk just thought it was another no named GS I had in my bag. It would just be amazing if someone helped me out. You can look through any of my account activity to find out this is true, its just honestly depressing.

I just wanted to mention that the “Temple of Balthazar” quest has been stuck for a week.

Can this be reset soon? This is the only way individuals are able to get obsidian shards with karma.
