It’s officially been a week since I submitted a ticket for being wrongfully terminated for selling gold/ items. I even followed up on the 3 days or older thread with still no response. I hate to dampen everyone’s spirits, but I just had to post my disappointment with the customer service I’m receiving.

I opened this ticket on Monday, October 21st stating how I was wrongfully terminated for selling gold and items. I received a reply on Tuesday, October 22nd asking me for more information. I submitted that information on the same day. It is now the 27th, and I have not received another reply. I am still not able to play the game. Can someone please look into my issue? Let me know if there is any more information that I need to supply.

I’m guessing this wont work for people who have their email account changed, correct? I have a buddy who has tried using this tool and failed with the same error stated above.
