I had the same problem. After looking through the whole set I selected the recurve bow and it awarded me with the torch… I never even previewed or selected the torch… It very well could be my fault but I made sure to select the bow before hitting accept…

I dont know why these threads pop up every other week…

It has been said by Anet that this game will have no mounts right from word go.

If you don’t like that you should have done your research before buying the game, no amount of these threads will change Anet’s philosophy on mounts…

What a fascinating question; you just pointed out one of my unquestioned, and probably wrong, assumptions. I haven’t finished the whole storyline to date; are we told, anywhere, whether the Great Elder Dragons are all on each others’ side? Or are they rival top-level predators competing with each other for the scarce resource they all need?

At this stage it is presumed that the dragons are hostile to one another, as their minions will kill each other as they would any hostile faction.
