Same here – I get the log in prompt but can’t log in. No changes have been made on my end.
PS – my character has the black pigtails as well.
Same here – my Asura’s face (except for ears and eyes and hair) is all black. I restarted the game client but that didn’t help. He looks like he’s about to rob a convenient store.
