Yes, same here with “A New Challenger” in my Norn story. Ground seems to not load, I get a square reflective thing around my character, and soon enough it crashes. I’ve just sent a report.
I came back to this game after a longish hiatus and OS reinstall and thought it just hadn’t preloaded enough content, although that should of course still not crash things, but now I see it’s not just me.
