I would second this, as it compliments the Warriors role of tank/aggro magnet.
I would like to suggest making a number of available gear account bound rather than soul bound, this would allow us to give alts gear that our mains used to use at their level.
I was also thinking that due to the requirements of dungeon gear and other exotic gear, it should be account bound so that we can use it on an alt (that meets the level req of course) when we don’t need it/don’t use it on our mains. This will reduce the pain of the internal battle of “salvage vs horde” when deciding what to do with old gear.
I think this should also apply to quest items (not story, more like the Halloween stuff), I personally don’t want to run the quests 4 times to get the same item for 4 characters, instead why not just allow for it to be used account wide (the first book you get is useless after Act 2, so it could go to an alt so it isn’t wasted).
Just my two-cents, I think that it would benefit players when making alts.

Plus, they missed the original window of this afternoon anyway (unless 8 pm – 9 pm) Pacific is considered afternoon.
Let’s break down the word “afternoon”:
After: meaning proceeding an event or entity
Noon: the time of the day which marks half way through the day (12:00)
So yes, by definition 8pm – 9pm is technically “afternoon”
