YES! Thank you so much! i tested the builds (in gw2skills) between viper and sinister and the crit chance loss being worth the slight condi duration didnt make sense when you get plenty from rune of thorns+traited poison 33% which poison is your best condi… SO yeah again thank you! Its a great build because its overall damage is numero uno! +amazing condi… great spread sheet too really shows why one trait or option is better than another.
EDIT: Typo on the Skelk venom should be Skale in spread sheet, just fyi

Hey guys im struggling with which color scheme to go with for my thief! i love blue, but the darkness and flare of red is pretty sweet too so let me know your opinions! also any crazy other ideas for coloring! i have incinerator and its kinda red and blue so it does work for both… or should i keep her as is?

Hey friendly thief player! so i main thief and i must say they are very fun! PvP just takes practice! also you gotta be a little tricky and learn to be annoying going in and out… finding the right time to strike is important! you wouldnt want to back stab steal into a ranger or warrior that just put invulnerability/blocks up, but that takes time to learn so have fun with it and look up different builds! as for PvE i would do zerker gear with d/d unless you have HoT then staff is better… look up metabattle.com for meta builds in gw2, generally you cant go wrong with these… i would find a guild, do some fractals, look at your achievements page and look for some fun collections or discoveries you can do… get 100% map completion! i know as a thief its fun and fast also you can stealth through mobs to get skill points for free ect if your looking into HoT i definitely recommend it! adds tons to do with collections and world events plus raids which is amazing end game content that isn’t a grind like other mmo’s plus they are new so you can get on the theory crafting train for new effective builds… but first thing i would do is 100% map completion and some fractals with some pvp for daily’s and a guild so you have friends to play with!
