I bought my first one just a few minutes ago, and I didn’t get the slot either. Somehow I couldn’t purchase more at the same time either.

the error code i get is:
42:22:2:108:101
and the server i play on is seafarer’s rest

this might be useful

same, i can’t create my character atm either
it gives me some kind of network error.
