Guild Wars 2

i am struggling to get the last vista in Ember Bay (Osprey pillars vista). do i need to have the ley line gliding mastery to be able to reach it or am i missing something really obvious?

i only seem to have this lag after about 7pm uk time and it runs through to about 11pm. this may not seem like a big issue but as this is when i get to play then it is really.

disconnects and lag but only between 6pm and 10pm. started after the dragon bash update. was running sweet as nut before.
