Guild Wars 2

I finished a jumping puzzle recently, but I did not get the achievement for completing it. I even checked the list of Jumping Puzzle Achievements, and it also doesnt say I have it done. (The puzzle I did was LoreClaw Expanse)

Foxfire Cluster doesn’t work

Is there a known Item made with Passion Flower and Azurite Crystal? there is a chance Passion flower is one of the items and the wiki does not have an item that has these two as the required ingredient.
