Guild Wars 2

So this has been happening for about a week or so, maybe longer (perhaps since last patch). Every time I try and enter an instance with any of my 5 characters the game gets to the loading screen then crashes. Boom, just like that. It shows the crash dialogue box (“Fatal Disk Error”) with the option to send the error report to ArenaNet. I’m assuming this is a bug my pc hasn’t gone through any major changes as of late. Also, this is my first major encounter with a bug in the game. As you can agree, its a pretty big one since I cannot advance in the story without playing the instances. As far as I know this is the only bug I am facing at the moment. If anyone knows anything that might help, I would appreciate a response. I will attach the details of the crash to this post.
