Disabled Account Incident: 121110-003112
I was playing my Darlionfire character on Saturday Morning/afternoon and as I was playing the game I was booted off for botting. I have never used any macros, and I have not used any type of botting (things) not sure what they might be. As soon as I was booted, I quickly opened a ticket with your support team and they told me that I was escalated to Tier 1 for review. I tried to check on the update of the ticket by replying to the email but I still haven’t heard a response. I also tried to access the online support but I can’t seem to log into it, it gives me a message saying that “wrong password or account disabled”.
