Guild Wars 2

I need this one last spoon for the achievement and cannot seem to get it. I ran around WvW for about a year. I have killed guards, helped capture Keeps, Towers, Camps, the Garrison, you name it. I have never seen this spoon. It is possible that this is bugged or I am just the unluckiest person there is?

A glider that is forged in the Mystic Forge like the Mystic Weapons. Including the lightning effect that the weapons have.

Human: wings
Norn: made of ice
Sylvari: made from leaves
Asura: looks like something a golem would wear
Charr: made from metal plates and rivets

We have the ability to uncheck double tap to evade and I would love to be able to disable the glider. It can be annoying when you are trying to get to a Vista or doing a JP and your glider keeps deploying and messing up your jumps.

I would love more gliders that are available without going to the Gem Store.

I am on the step that says obtain the troll salve but there is an invisible wall blocking me so I cannot get to it. Here is a screenshot showing how close I can get. I cannot target it or interact with it in any way. I tried restarting the instance but it didn’t help.

I have a question that is related to this so I am asking here. If a Guild has influence how do they trade it for favor?

I asked ingame and was told to talk to someone in the Guild Initiative but I couldn’t find the NPC that they directed me to. Someone else told me to talk to the Guild Registrar. I would love it if someone could explain it to me, in simple terms, so I can stop running around trying to figure this out.
