Same problem here.
I purchased a salvage-o-matic from the Black Lion Trading Company 8/14/13 @ approximately 5 am MST. I did not receive the standard Black Lion email containing the item after purchase. It is not available in the pick-up tab either. It does show as a recent purchase, but I still have not received it.
He is still down.
