Same as everyone above, and similarly this is the first time the error has been encountered. The program clearly is marked as having access to go though Firewall.
(Using Windows 8, so it is not a Windows 7 issue alone)
If truly 10,000 active accounts were banned and still the same DE events and various locations are continually farmed to death by automated or farmer controlled Bot armies and the exact same locations are still staked out by the single character Mob-to-Mob zone-phase-jump-to hack-bots we are in trouble. Greater effort is needed.
