I have a password above 8 and under 13 characters
I believe that is recommended if you also have Guild Wars 1. Anyway, support team resetted my pass and I made a new one and that seems to work.. I still find it a bit strange because I had the right characters, not too long, not too short, random and I could log in on the forum. I Also haven’t got an email notification that I changed passwords. Strange
