I’m posting this on behalf of my brother. His account was compromised and it was confirmed by GM Warco. We did all the steps listed in the email to get his acccount back and replied immediately.
However, it’s been 5 days but we haven’t heard anything back. My brother loves Guild Wars 2 and hope to play it again soon.
