Guild Wars 2

First time I’ve tried one of these and I guess I’m a little confused. Do they have an icon like the banner buff? (specifically +10% magic find) I put down a banner during an event that I used. Then activated the 72 hr buff in the guild pane prior to when that wore off thinking it would over ride the 30 min. one but it didn’t seem to and I don’t have an icon showing that its active.
So long story short Im just trying to figure out if I have to go anywhere or do anything other then click on activate in the guild pane for the 72 hr buffs. Because as it stands I don’t have an icon or anything showing that is active other than the guild pane saying its active.

Took maybe 2 – 2 1/2 hrs. Silvari was first, than Charr in about 6 or 7 tries, then Norn in a try or 2.

As the topic suggests, when launching the patcher it downloads a patch every time I launch the game. Only the pre-patch I guess you could call it. The portion before it gets to the login part of the patcher. So Im guessing its the patcher….well….patching not actual game. I have 2 machines in the same room and 1 of them patches every time even when the other machine doesnt. Its not a big deal as it lasts maybe 30 sesconds and the game runs fine and downloads actual game patches but its kinda bothersome. Any thoughts?

I cant seem to find it now but I thought it was posted in the daily updates that this was supposed to be force reset for everyone? I noticed a few other posts on it but I figured Id add to the collection. Ive been stuck at 93% for while now (exp survivor of course being the hold out) and it has not reset since release.

Option to join party members or for them to join me does not appear for story quests

-Server = Gates of Madness
-Zone = Lions Arch
-Both Overflow and non overflow
-in same guild
-Seems predictable if party members dot is in the wrong place on the map when the party is formed its going to be a no party story night. Logging dosent fix it.
