I’m also having issues. I wanted to do the medium weekly opportunities, went to the area where the instance was, started the mission, entered the instance, no problem. Talked to the NPC, the heli came, dropped the Charzookas. I, who started it, and have all permissions in my guild, click on the charzooka, and am told: “These weapons are only available for guild members who have earned this challenge.” It makes no sense to me, we had everything unlocked prior to the expansion launching, so I’m pretty sure we’ve earned it.

Edit: Well I left it, and went back in, was able to pick up the Charzookas and finish the mission, so looks like a random bug then.
