Hello, my ticket still hasn’t been answered and it’s been like a week. Itsays my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual and I haven’t been on in a month or so. The error code I get is 45:6:3:2114

Hello, it’s been two days since I found out my account was hacked and suspended and I still haven’t gotten a response from Customer Support about it. What is the hold up with support?
