Ticket 120826-004311, opened on 8/26 remains unresolved and has once again been closed with a seemingly inaccurate boilerplate response given that other people are reporting they got their items back.

If I’m not going to get the stuff I paid for just let me know so we can part ways with a modicum of dignity. If I can get my items I need to know some sort of timeline or process to follow to make it happen. That is NOT a closed ticket. A closed ticket is by definition completed – good, bad or indifferent.

Ticket 120826-004311, opened on 8/26. Closed without resolution on 8/30. I’ve commented and requested a response twice in accordance with the original support response since that time with no new info provided or actions taken.

I’m in the same boat. I put a ticket in +/- a day after launch and received a nice boilerplate response outlining my next steps as “respond to this email” for the CE items issue. I haven’t seen a response since. I’ve followed-up twice now and I don’t even get an auto-response now.

Very frustrating. It doesn’t seem like it would be hard to admit that there were glitches and just resend the 1-per-account email again to ALL qualified accounts, accepting that such a procedure would generate some duplicates and writing it off as the cost of doing business. The people with this issue would be universally happy about the result and the people who were not affected would either be a) ambivalent or b) happy that they got a bonus.

For a company that does almost everything else wildly great this relatively minor issue to be hanging out there is baffling. Especially since I can’t be the only one in this situation who will NOT be buying gems until I have my mini Rytlock.
