Still bugged on Isle of Janthir. The Northern and Southern reinforcements will meet at the Rally Point, but Central will not. There are two subs in the water that appear to be bugged and despite doing all the events around Stygian Deeps repeatedly for a few hours, the Central event chain will not move any further than saying that pact members will attack Stygian Deeps.

Me and several other people are having this problem I tried 5-8 times trying to do little things different, to no avail. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. Many people cannot progress through this point of the story quest, For me it is my main character, and I feel this is not getting attention because of so many people already level 80.
