08/26/14 Just got to that particular quest and it is still broken. Same issue everyone is having Trahearne gets stuck after you kill 1st priestess, quest does not progress.
I am Having a very similar issue, after updating to win 8.1, when I started GW2 I got 3D graphics that I cannot turn off the steroscopic option button is blank and will not turn on or off. I checked the drivers of my card, but it´s also up to date.
