When retrieving characters associated to an account, I have noticed that the Path of Fire demo characters are among the characters returned to me.
For example, on my account I have 7 characters. yet when I query the GW2 API, it returns 9 characters to me. The 2 additional characters were the ones I created during the Path of Fire preview weekends. I find this odd as I am no longer able to view or play as these characters in game.
I am aware that there is a “flags” array that can contain a “Beta” string inside of it, however the “Beta” flag does not always flag the correct characters. Sometimes all of my characters are flagged “Beta” even when opening the API route via a web browser.
Sometimes when I first load the game on my Mac, everything is in a kind of fast forward mode. I think it’s at least 10x the normal speed. When this happens, I wait for it to go away in fear of the possibility of being banned.
It affects every aspect of the game: animations to, movement speed, attacks, and so forth. It is not a consistent bug, but does happen every week or so.
Nah it was definitely a feline. My graphics settings are low and I didn’t get a close look, so it may have been a tiger. That said, I did find this image online, but I cannot trace it back to a name for the item or how to acquire it.
While playing, we saw a backpack of what appeared to be a lion. But this lion was different from other backpacks we had scene. The lion was using his paws to hang onto the player, and his head turned from side to side to look at other players that came nearby! We couldn’t find anything like it on the TP or wiki.
Does anyone know what it is called or how to get it? Thanks!
When I CMD + Tab out of the game, and then return to the game, the Full-Screen Gamma setting reverts back to the default 1.00. The only way to fix this is for me to manually go into settings and change my Full-Screen Gamma setting manually. However, when doing this, I always need to input a new value.
