Superior Rune of the Earth not working for Hold the Line/Symbol of Protecion

I just upgraded to 2 Superior Runes of the Earth(+20% Protection duration), these do not increase the Protection duration of “Hold the Line” or “Symbol of Protection” .
Major Runes of Dwayna (+15% Regeneration Duration) do NOT work either.
Superior Rune of the Water(+15% Boon duration) works fine.
Seems to be a problem with specific duration increase.
I assume this rune worked before the latest patch?

EDIT: Tested it with +20% Boon duration Bufffood with and without Superior Rune of Earth . Yep it is a tooltip bug, the actual durations are fine!
