Hello,I have problem with WvsWvsW fps..when there is 30+ people. I have 9 fps.Any suggestions how can i improve or what should i replace ?

Power suply – 700W
Processor – AMD Phenom II X4 850 , 3315 MHz
RAM- 4gb Duel Channel
Video Card – Nvidia GeForce GTS 450
Windows 7 (64 bit) Service pack 1
