Guild Wars 2

I can’t finish first part of the story. I joined a party when I was doing a story at the very beginning (they were starting too). I spoke with Kasmeer but I missed Taimi. I ran after my party to the Amber sandfall and somehow entered the new map (I think I agreed to make the story of sb in my party). I left the party then and came back to SW. Now I can’t find Taimi to speak with her, I have no green star or anything. I made an event in Amber few times but nothing happened.
What should I do?

I have 8 characters, I got elite spec weapons on all of them EXCEPT necro… I don’t know why, there was a lot of hero point on her.

What do u mean by submitting a ticket?
