I’ve recently acquire a rune set, and second that issue the 3rd bonus do not apply.

Also, the 4th bonus doesn’t work how it been describe: it says 5% chance when you attack, when it’s actually work as when you get hit.

I also have a gtx 470 and had that tearing/freezing issue only with gw2. I use MSI AB and indeed it save me from not playing anymore by downclocking the gf frequency at 80% of his original.

That gf is (according to nvidia) able to work at high temp( I use to play game with it being around 89 C°).

Recently i made a fresh install of my windows and installed directly the newest drivers without use MSI, so far it didn’t gave me any issues of tear/freeze.

I’ll check some more and tell you if it stable
