None that I’m aware of. They’re also focusing on the April 15th patch more than anything, so if any tiny thing was announced it was likely drowned out by that.
To be honest, I think a larger issue at hand than this is giving characters the ability to wear different armor classes. It seems nitpicky to critique something we have yet to fully experience, even if it sounds bad.
One thing that everyone I personally know agrees on is that we need to not be restricted to a single armor class for fashion customization, both for RP and creating awesome, unique looks.
