Plague Signet passive currently works while not being in battle. It’s annoying since people kill you while waiting for PVP matches. Just spam some condition skills and any Necro nearby that has Plague Signet equiped will bleed to dead…
Please fix this by making it only work while in combat.
EDIT: Same happens in cities, standing in LA just get you killed

Never had any problems with GW2 but now I too have this problem since like 2 days or so…
When I right click to change direction, most of the time I can see my ingame mouse pointer and it just slides over the screen instead of grabbing it.
Very annoying and makes the game almost unplayable
