In FortAspenwood server Warmaster yulia wont spawn, it is just a event icon on the map. As far as i can tell we cant restart it either. hope this gets fixed soon.
Filed a bug report regarding this. We’ve been experiencing the exact same thing on Seafarer’s Rest. sad panda
