That might explain my problem, hopefully it helps Alex but he did purchase a new computer and its more advanced than mine which makes it strange that it’s not working for him.

I’m having the same exact problem, just bought the CD of Guild Wars 2 yesterday and all it does is say to log in, once I do nothing else happens just keeps on loading and I’ve waited hours for it do download or install game yet nothing happens, I even tried downloading it online but still nothing, if anyone can find an answer on how to fix this please let me know, i really want to play this game. Thank you.
