I finally thought I made some headway with this, as I at least had gotten my account back. But today when I tried to log in I got this message:
“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for a breach of the User Agreement and/or Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent.”
I had also received an e-mail from support telling me that the reason for this was because multiple individuals could verify ownership of my account, which would of course be the case if it was in fact hacked, but why should I be punished for this? I’ve had nothing but trouble since I was hacked and nothing has been fixed. Things have only taken a turn for the worse. I seriously hope you’re working on this, I love the game a whole lot, and would hate to stop playing it just because of some “hacker” and poor customer service.
Here is my three 12 digit ticket numbers. If you want to know more about how I contacted the “hacker” please contact me further as I don’t want to discuss this in this public space.

I recently got hacked, or so I’m supposed to believe. According to the “hacker” whom I’ve actually managed to speak to this was all a blunder from arenanet concerning my serial code and account ID and someone elses (the hackers) account not working. I don’t know what’s happened, but in any case, I’ve lost all my characters and I’m now told that there’s no way to get them back. I find this unacceptable as I’ve spent countless hours on several different characters, leveling them up. I appologize for blaming anet for this, but the support I’ve gotten from arenanet has been terrible. There’s has to be something they can do regarding my beloved characters.
