My girlfriends account got hacked today, we received multiple login attempt and email notifications requesting premission to log in. On most request a diffrent IP adress is used.
We cannot log in into anywhere like the forums or in-game.
Also changing the password we cannot do.
I’ve send a email to support (ask a question). But this coud easly takes 4 days I’ve heard.
I’m on skype with my girlfriend at the moment, but her account is online right now in-game.
So we are sure she got hacked.
We already changed the password of GW2 and everything else.
After completing a full system scan of antivirus software.
Anything can be done about this earlier?
