After the Mad Kings Say portion of the event, he will spawn near the forge, then do laps from the forge to where his dungeon was… telling jokes.
after a while he will port away to the top of the bank, and spawn a few doors
click on them they give u something other then free flight
After a little while the doors despawn and he ports around randomly morphing people into costume brawlers.
2nd wave of event just started
55minutes between spawns of the event…
second time around u get 10 ToT bags.
