No level requirement was ever mentioned to be elegible to the new pop up chest.

I haven’t got any rare from bosses since the patch day because I too am not receiving the special bonus chest, only the physical one with greens and blues. You might have a point regardless as I am level 38 myself. Some clarification on that point would be nice.

No chest from any boss today either. (03/29)

I play a warrior and I do not have a bear. =p

And no comment from Anet on any of these topics. It would be nice to know it this is a known issue and if they intend to hotfix or patch. I do not enjoy killing these guys for no real reward as they are, if nothing else, time consuming.

I haven’t gotten a single special chest since the patch. It’s really annoying.

Both yesterday and today I killed SB, got the normal chest (the physical one that spawns right where he is killed and contains blues and greens) but I did not get any rare item or special daily style chest pop up. He is the only boss I kill and I only do it once a day. If anyone know how I can go back to getting my daily rare or how to fix this bug, I’d be very thankful.
