The fault is on thier end, thier authentication server is overloaded so it can’t verify you
I’ll add my name to the growing pile of people who get huge lag, but only after 5pm UK time.
Traceroute shows no problems, untill it hits your servers, then it gets pretty slow.
Other MMOs running fine for me include TSW and Planetside 2 (beta), neither of which suffer at all after 5pm.
