To be honest my war is a heal/tank war. He can suck the damage from most enemies and even fight several dungeon bosses face on, as well as using either shouts or banners (depending on situation) to keep the more DPS oriented members of the party alive.
Only major problem is of course, the tradeoff means he does almost no damage.
Hey guys! I don’t post much on the forums, mostly lurk so I hope that this is within the rules for me to post. I’ve been using Thief as my main for quite a while and just recently began trying to solo fractals and dungeons because I was looking for a new challenge. Not only that, but I want to learn to better utilize my skills, improve my dodges, etc. so I thought it would be a fun method of doing so!
Since (to me) any solo run I do is an accomplishment I started to post them up on the channel above. The first video (Underwater fractal) my gear was pretty ehh, although I’ve adopted much more towards the meta since then. I’d love to hear what you guys think and what I should/can do to improve in as much detail as you’d like to give! I’m always looking to get better at what I do.
My ultimate goal is to solo Mai Trin at Fractal level 50 and the (mostly mesmer but a little thief) YouTuber sanderinoa is to thank for a lot of that. Please sub to show your support! In the future, once I get better myself I want to put out some tutorial videos and such for other people and turn the channel into a good go-to place for people learning their builds! Anyways, I know to a lot of people these would be “easy” runs, but to me I’m happy with them so far. I hope you guys enjoy them too!
(Also I don’t talk for long in each vid. Aside from a basic intro, the videos are put to music.)
I guess RP wise he’d be more of an anti-hero. Definitely not the kind of character who would ever let himself fall under anyone elses control, but the kind of character who nonchalantly shows up and helps the other heroes for his own personal gain, then vanishes into the shadows without a trace. Nobody trusts him, but his intentions aren’t so much “bad” as much as “selfish”
