Guild Wars 2

My all Chars were facing same issue, and they all in different maps.
1) Unable log out to choose other chars, stuck in game after press log out button, toon able to move but skills and rest of the npc was freeze and unable to communicate, chat channel, Black Lion trading and all functions was unable to use too.
2) Unable to change map by using waypoint or go through the portal, malfunctioning for WvW, PvP, Guild Hall and Frac too. After press above mention maps or portal, stuck on loading screen till a notice column prompt up with a message with code (Code=7:0:0:990:101), but the same map waypoint was able to teleport.
3) All above mention issue must be force close by using Ctrl+Alt+Del to using Tasks Manager completely close down program of GW2
4)Latency for my game was 210-267(avg 245)

This problem last time I’m facing too, but just go to PvP field and go through the Lion Arch portal can be solve, but this time, totally unable to change to any maps or portals.
This issue has occurred more then two weeks.
Has tried for totally uninstall/deleted GW2, and re-install again. After download finished, 1st time can played. But, log in another time, same problem occurred as above mentions.

This issue has occurred for two days

You issue doesn’t fit with this thread though. This one is about map art issues or when you get stuck into map geometry (usually due bad map art). Possibly your issue is more related to this: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Can-not-change-map-location/

But, log in another time, same problem occurred for char change map and hang in loading picture till DC, log out choose toon and totally freeze in game and unable to communicate with NPC or other functions(chat function still can works)!

1: Click on others maps waypoint for teleport

5: While choosing log out and change character, system no direct log out to characters page, and hang in game
