I have been playing ranger on and off since beta, and even more so with the patch that buffed pets. I still run the 0/0/30/10/30 with apothecary gear and dwayna runes with still about the same success as prior patch. I have tried the new 0/0/30/30/10 shout build with runes of the forge, but it’s a pain to hit a guard and F3 every 12 seconds, and this build sucks going against people running -cond. dmg food and gear in WvWvW.
So with that in mind, I have tried to build a power BM build centered around clerics gear and boon support for solo and small group roaming.
Running 0/0/15/30/25 with clerics and runes of altruism. This allows me to supply my group with perm fury, might, regen, and swiftness along with keeping myself at 6-12 stacks of might, and 50-75% uptime on vigor and protection. I run mainly sword/horn and axe/axe, but also carry a greatsword and longbow for when the situations call.
Looking for any thoughts in improving this build while keeping the main focus toward power BM.
