First post on here and my first point is that yes rangers needed this boost. The only issue I have with it is the vulnerability it stacks on you, these just make it that little bit to over the top. I feel this needs to be addressed and have the amount of stacks reduced. Hopefully there are others who share this view and anet might take it into consideration.
Quick edit as there was one other point to rapid fire. Logic dictates that if you cannot see something how are you meant to hit it accurately 100% of the time, if at all? How therefore is it possible for rapid fire to still land all shots when stealth is activated?
