Didnt work for me

Found a way around it!
Guest into another Server. I was able to do that log into all my toons and then park them in different locations. Once you get them out of whatever area they are stuck in you can go back to your server and log in like normal or just continue guesting of course.

At this point I would just like to hear from Anet themselves to atleast let us know what they are trying to do on their end.

NO LUCK with having the signal refreshed, still getting the same issue

Sending a refresh signal just means that they send a signal to your modem to tell it to pay attention again. It’s one of the few things that ISP tech support have in their scripts to do. They are very rarely going to actually help resolve a problem.

In this case, the problem is not with your modem. It is with a datacenter somewhere in Texas that is along the path of lines connecting Comcast’s MA network to the ANet servers. It isn’t necessarily even run by Comcast. We just have to wait until whoever it is gets their equipment working properly.

Bear in mind that this may get very frustrating, as it’s not something that ANet can fix, and it may not be something that Comcast can fix, either. It could be taken care of tonight, or we could all be waiting days.

I’ve been on hold with Comcast for like 20 mins now, the tech was talking about sending a refresh signal to see if that helps ill let you all know

Wish i could say the same just tried logging in an got the same error code

Update for my post.

Both accounts now able to access Straits of Devastation.
Here’s hoping the problem is gone. fingers crossed

ive had this game almost two years and never did Spvp aside from the one here or there for fun and now ive finally gotten into it and this happens smh, MA gets all this crap weather an now connection errors cant we catch a break!!!

I’ve tried resetting my modem and restarting my PC i think it is on ANET’s end but i really would like a solution to this i just got into a nice rythm with my ranger in PvP

I’m getting the same error on my ranger when i was in Heart of the Mists i logged into my theif who was in DR and tried jumping into HoTM and got the error code again on my theif now too

Hey everyone I am with PACTgaming.com and as you can see from the subject we are a gaming community. We were formed about a year ago in DCUO and branched out to SWTOR, RIFT, and now Guild Wars 2 on the Tarnished Coast Server .

We hold many events both in game and on the website we have a 24hr mumble server.
