Glad you got your hacked account back and up and running with a support ticket created on the 2nd. It would be really nice if my wife was able to play the game with her serial number linking issue that occured 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT. With a support ticket created on the 31st.
The fact that they are prioritizing hacked accounts before other issues is asinine. Like many others, my wife has a 6 day old ticket and has not even seen the character creation screen. What reasoning gives a “hacked” account priority over her. Tickets should be first come first serve.
