I have done all 37 of the diving locations twice, as listed on the wiki, but the achievement sits at 36 out of 37. I do know that when doing the Skrittsburgh one, I do not change out of the diving goggles until I leave the water. Does anyone know a fix or way to do this?
I am having this same problem, or at least, I hope this is the one that did not register. How can you get it to work?
