Guild Wars 2

When Tossing Elixir S underwater it grants only stability and no stealth. the tooltip says grants stealth, but the tooltip has stability?

Ever the major patch came out on april 30th each time i open guild wars 2 it starts downloading files, even if i let it completely finish and log into guild wars 2, if i close my client and reopen it, it starts all over again. I have attached a photo that show’s the screen. Note: I’m not sure where that speed comes from, it’s definitely not my internet speed.

Any help would be great hate waiting for half an hour to an hour for it to download a random amount of data to play…

I couldn’t find any further explanation on the internet how the “Reclaim the name” part of the name change contract works, i want to change my mains name into a name one of my alts currently has. Is i possible to change the name of my Alt and “Reclaim” that name on my Main character without buying 2 name change contracts?
