Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as well. I have 100% on the character screen.
The medal still shows only 99% as well as shows 99% in the game map.
I have ported to every zone and I have not found one that needed that extra 1 POI.
It is quite frustrating! =/

I want my 100% map completion.
I want my achievement acknowledged! =P
I would also like the rewards of course, but if anyone knows any information on this bug please feel free to let us know!
