No. Nor the GPU drivers or any other drivers or hardware.

Lag is network related, 42% TCP packets drop by anet servers is lag related.

Pingplotter Default settings use standart ping request that are not always returned by all routers.

GW2 Map servers does not answer to ping request at all. I tried to run Pingplotter using TCP request the result is totaly different :

42% packet loss on the map server ( Southsun Cove Map, Fort Ranik Server )

When i sent that to them they told me ( really ) to install Windows 7 in dual boot with Windows 8 that is not officially supported, yes they did.
